Facebook video trouble..pls help?

i started watching a tv show called bleach but when i try to watch a video that has been taken from facebook (im not on facebook.com wen i watch these) it is just a picture with no play butten. it worked fine on my desktop but when i used my laptop it quit working. what can i do to fix this?
