Why do red states have so much more prisoners than blue states? Is the right more prone to criminal activity?

Red states actually enforce the laws, simple as that. Do some research on the ethnic breakdown of most of those states and of the prisoners. I think you will find some facts that are not considered politically correct to repeat. Just sayin'.
