Why is Texas #31 in America in Bankruptcy Filings, but California is #48 in Bankruptcy Filings?

Ive never seen someone hate a state as much you do. Its very bizarre and creepy. But to answer your question Texans probably has more people with collateral therefore more chance at bankruptcy.
