If Unions destroy Business, how come France exports TWICE as much per capita as America?

France supplies any country with military hardware, no matter how dangerous to civilization that nation might be, i.e., Iraq under Hussein, Syria, Venezuela, Iran, et al. The United States refuses to pander and help rogue states just to make a buck like France.
