How to move on to a guy u think u still in love with?

Theres a guy I dated 5 times already and then the last time he asked me out agan after his done Datin this other girl.. Its kinda like he thinks im a kite wen he pull it down it *** back to him .. Nd it really hurt wen last time i saw ther posted sayin i love you on the gurl's wall ugh it kinda tear my heart apart .... :( I juss want to move on buh I can't.. So pllz help..
