Gym Weight loss Question.?
If i work out monday, wen, and Friday. 2-3 hours each, every week how long until ill notice changes? ill be doin stuff like bench pressing, dead lifts, squatting, and pull ups, chin ups. Oh and im 18 years old, 6 foot, 265 pounds... >.>
