Is this considered rape?

i dated this 16 year old wen i was 12 , we lasted a year and after being together for 6 months he wanted to have sex, i wasnt ready . one day we were alone and i kept telling him NO over and over again but he said "if you love me you will do this" , so i stayed quiet... is that rape?
