Why do I walk funny.........?

When I'm walking my foot Is not straight their spread apart and my friends say I walk like a peguin and also my back Is is not straight when I walk so It looks weird wen I walk. Anyone knows y I'm walking like this? It started like 2 yrs ago..its annoying becuz I feel like people are always staring at me.
