Sims 3 getting really frustrated!! please help?

i had the game sims 3 and my brother jacked it so i got it off of a torrent and it is installed but wen i try to load it then i get an error because i have no disk i have tried to put a patch into the folder for the no cd but i cant find one that is wrking or im doin something wrong please help
