The US spends more on Health Care than any nation, yet has the lowest Life-Expectancy among Developed nations?

1 in costs, #39 in overall health. #44 in infant mortality. Where people get the idea we have the best health care beats me. The insurance companies rip us off and neo-cons are okay with that. I just don't get it. Why AIG being more healthy than its clients is so important just doesn't make sense to me.
